Italian X Arditi Section

Formed in May of 1942, the Arditi X Regiment was named after the famed Italian assault units of the Great War and tasked with competing against the British LRDG and SAS units in the Western Desert.

Initially formed up of three companies comprising paratroopers, frogmen, and the Arditi Camionettisti motorized forces (often in AS.42 scout cars providing long-range reconnaissance patrols), the Arditi X undertook clandestine sea, air, and land operations, often behind enemy lines.

The box contains 10 metal figures with plastic bases.
